Who we are
These terms apply to purchases from designertowers ("we", "us"), a web design studio.

What you buy
You buy a package as described on its service page and in the pricing page at the time of purchase. The scope, included items, timeline and price of a package are the contract. Work outside the package is quoted separately and agreed in writing before it starts.
Prices and VAT
Prices are in euros and exclude VAT. Lithuanian VAT of 21% is added at checkout, unless the law provides otherwise. Prices may change; the price at the time you pay applies to that order.
Ordering and payment
An order is accepted when we send a confirmation email. Payment terms:
- One-off projects under €5,000: 50% deposit at checkout, 50% at launch approval.
- One-off projects of €5,000 or more (Premium, Store Custom): 40% at checkout, 30% at design sign-off, 30% at launch approval.
- Design-hour blocks and extra languages: 100% at checkout.
- Monthly plans: the first month at checkout, then monthly. Cancel with 30 days' notice.
Invoices are payable on the milestone stated above. We may pause work if a milestone payment is overdue. Platform fees, hosting, domains and third-party licences are paid by you to the provider unless the package says otherwise.
Timeline and what we need from you
Delivery times are stated per package and assume you supply content, access and feedback within three business days. If you are slower, the delivery date moves by the same amount. We tell you if a date is at risk.
Revisions
Two revision rounds per design stage are included. Extra rounds are €55 per hour excluding VAT, agreed before we do them.
Rescheduling and cancellation
You may reschedule the kickoff free of charge up to 5 business days before the agreed date. Cancellation and refunds are governed by the Refund policy.
Ownership and licences
On payment in full, you own the final design, content you supplied and the files delivered, and you may use them in your business. We keep ownership of our tools, code libraries and general know-how. Third-party software, fonts and images are licensed under their own terms and we tell you which ones apply. We may show the finished work in our portfolio unless you tell us in writing not to. This does not apply to concept projects on this site, which are not client work.
Your content and responsibility
You confirm that you have the right to use the content you give us. You are responsible for the legal pages and notices your own business needs unless the package includes them.
Warranty and results
We build to the scope and the quality targets we publish (for example a Lighthouse 90+ and WCAG AA target). Targets are what we work to, not a guarantee of a particular score, ranking, traffic or sales result. After launch, we correct defects that fail the agreed scope for 30 days at no charge.
Liability
We are liable as Lithuanian law requires. Where the law allows, our total liability under an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order, and we are not liable for loss of profit or indirect loss. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for intent or gross negligence, or your statutory rights as a consumer.
Consumers
If you buy as a consumer, you have the rights in the Refund policy, including a 14-day right to withdraw from the contract, and Lithuanian consumer law applies in addition to these terms.
Governing law and disputes
Lithuanian law governs these terms. We would like to solve any issue by talking first: support@designertowers.com. Courts of the Republic of Lithuania have jurisdiction, except where consumer law gives you the right to use the courts where you live. Consumers can also contact the State Consumer Rights Protection Authority of Lithuania (vvtat.lrv.lt) or use the EU online dispute resolution platform (ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr).
Changes
We may update these terms. The terms in force when you place an order apply to that order.
