Brief

- A one-page brief and the delivery date.
Deposit paid at checkout. Work starts after your kickoff date.
wk 1–3
Design
- You
- Review layouts and give feedback.
- We
- Design the key pages, then apply the approved design to the rest.
- You get
- Clickable layouts. Two revision rounds per design stage.
Design sign-off. On projects of €5,000 and over, the second payment (30%) is due here.
wk 3–5
Build
- You
- Answer questions and check progress on a preview link.
- We
- Build the site, set up forms, analytics and languages, and tune speed.
- You get
- A working preview of the whole site.
wk 5–6
Launch
- You
- Test the preview and approve the launch.
- We
- Final checks, go-live, handover of files and access.
- You get
- A live site, the files and a handover note.
Launch approval. The final payment is due here.
after launch
Care
- You
- Choose a care plan, or look after the site yourself.
- We
- Keep it updated, backed up and secure, if you chose a plan.
- You get
- Someone who already knows your site.
Optional. Billed monthly. Cancel with 30 days' notice.
When you pay

Each payment is invoiced with VAT. Prices exclude VAT until checkout.
Revisions and rules
- 2 rounds
- Included per design stage.
- €55 / hour
- For extra revision rounds beyond those included.
- 5 business days
- You can reschedule the kickoff for free up to 5 business days before the agreed date.
- Before kickoff work
- Cancel and your deposit is refunded in full.
- After kickoff
- You pay for work delivered to date. We refund the rest.
- 30 days
- Notice to end a monthly plan.

What do you need from me to start?
Your goals, your content or a plan for it, access to any current site and domain, and a person who can approve. We list the rest at the brief.
How many design options do I see?
One direction, designed for you, with two revision rounds. Branding projects start with two directions.
What if I am slow to give feedback?
The dates assume feedback within three business days. If it takes longer, the launch moves by the same amount. We tell you before it happens.
Can I see progress?
Yes. From the build stage you get a private preview link.
