No. Plans are optional. Without one, updates and backups are your responsibility.
Can you look after a site you didn't build?
Often, yes. We review it first and tell you if we can take it on.
How do I leave?
Give 30 days' notice by email. You are billed until the end of the notice period.
Can I change plan?
Yes, upgrade or downgrade from the next billing month.
